Everybody wants to know about God’s Kingdom–God’s plan for a world of justice, peace, and love among all people. Tell what you know!! ❤️💜

Live and love in the Kingdom of God!!

Don’t forget to remember the one who taught so much–everything we need to know! ❤️💜

Some thoughts from my Easter book character Magdalena: “I always felt so alone at school, especially after they took my dad. I felt like no one had any idea what I was going through. I looked for a friend who could understand, a teacher, someone working there… But it always came down to I was all by myself.
My heart was constantly sad. The only thing that would lift me up so I had a little bit of hope… was Jesus. He was a wonderful teacher and a true friend. I wanted to learn more and more from him, everything about him. So I tried to learn… He was the one who saved me then.” ❤️💜

Jesus was and continues to be our beloved justice teacher. “Listen to him!”

Jesus told us: “Love one another as I have loved you.” Let’s do it! ❤️💜

He lives! Yes, Jesus lives, and his teachings about The Way to live are alive and well! I want everybody to know about the love, justice, and peace he stands for and embodies. I wish people knew and “practiced these principles in all their affairs.” (Step 12)
Also, as the Christian song has it: “Because He lives, I can face tomorrow. Because he lives, all fear is gone. Because I know he holds the future. And life is worth the living, just because he lives.” ❤️💜

The narrator in the new Easter book I’m working on, Magdalena, says, “Sometimes it used to be so hard to get up, especially after they took my papa, and he got sent back to Mexico, where he hadn’t even lived for years!! I miss him so much!!
My heart was broken!! And before I knew Jesus, I was so very sad, really super down. Every day, all the time. I had no interest in anything–not friends, not school…
But meeting Jesus helped me with that! I want to tell you how he helped me have hope and pray all the time that one day soon I’ll see my papa again.” ❤️💕

Jesus taught us about community and how we are all connected with each other. We all need and depend on other folks. He said, “I am the vine; you are the branches.” Like a grapevine supports all its grapes, leaves, and branches, all of us in our communities need to work together for justice and good for EVERYBODY. Peace and blessings to all!! ❤️💜

He taught me I should love other people the way I love myself ❤️💜
