Searching

Many, many people are searching, as I am and have been for years. But one thing I know beyond a doubt and need to keep telling folks is “Jesus”; he has answers in his message about God’s Kingdom of justice and love ON EARTH. Lord, give me strength and courage to always proclaim and teach about this beautiful light for our troubled world.

Friends on the Way

It’s wonderful to have a friend to support and encourage you as you walk the Justice Kingdom path. Two are better than one: “Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up the other, but woe to one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10) I know I need all the help I can get 😃 ❤️ 💜

This Little Light

This quilt I made many years ago and still have on my bed today celebrates the song: “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine…”

The song reflects this word from scripture: “You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid. People do not light a lamp and put it under the bushel basket; rather, they put it on the lamp stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5: 14-16)

Let’s all let our own personal light shine, of gifts, talents, and energy from God!! And always remember also to lift up and proclaim the light that is Jesus’ message about God’s justice kingdom–so needed by our planet Earth today!! ❤️ 💜

Unity & Togetherness

The Holy Spirit calls us out of our comfort zones and familiar lives. It leads us to embrace new ideas and be open to new realities. The Spirit is God calling us to a new way of being and a new place where God wants us to be, opening us to the message of Jesus and the holy kingdom of unity and togetherness. Lord, open my ears and my heart to live out this message of justice, love, and community.
