“You should wash one another’s feet… You should do as I have done for you.”
Let's build it and grow it strong…

“You should wash one another’s feet… You should do as I have done for you.”

As he rode a donkey into Jerusalem, a huge crowd of people followed him, rallying, cheering, and marching behind Jesus, celebrating him as teacher, builder, leader, and healer in God’s kingdom of love and justice, on Earth as it is in heaven. Then, as today, people cried and shouted out: “Hosanna in the highest! God, save us!!” ❤️ 💜

Fully embracing God’s kingdom of love and justice does require BIG changes. No half measures will do. As Jesus taught us, “Unless you change and become like children, you will NEVER enter the kingdom… Whoever becomes humble [and open] like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of God.” (Matthew 18: 3-4)

Spring has sprung! It has now come in awesome glory here in the nation’s capital. Everywhere so much is being planted, and everything is growing and beginning to blossom! Hopefully the seeds that have been sown will soon bring a bounteous harvest!
Jesus, who sowed so many seeds of power and goodness, said to those who followed him: “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” May we be laborers in God’s kingdom—and find more workers to join with us.

When Jesus heard that John had been arrested, he withdrew to Galilee… From that time, Jesus began to proclaim, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near!”… He was starting a movement for God’s Kingdom, and he went throughout Galilee, teaching in the synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and curing every disease and every sickness of the people. So his fame spread… They brought him all the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and pains, people possessed by demons or having epilepsy or paralyzed, and he cured them all. And great crowds followed him from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and from beyond the Jordan River.

Let’s draw closer to God and to Jesus, in whose images we were created!!

WE WON’T BE SILENT!! ❤️ 💜

Long ago John the Baptist prepared the way for Jesus’s justice teachings, healings, love, and God’s kingdom and good news. Can we today again prepare the way for justice, healing, love, and God’s new kingdom way of living? ❤️ 💜

I pray, Lord, that you guide us and direct our steps to rise up and join and live in your kingdom, on Earth as it is in heaven. ❤️ 💜
